Relations with alumni are a big part of Newcastle University, and now you have an opportunity to work alongside alumni associates in a 13 month contracted role (between 1st July 2015 and 31st July 2016) within the university as an ANNUAL FUND INTERN.

This is a great opportunity for full-time work with a salary of £14, 257.

Based in the Advancement Office and directly supporting the Annual Fund Manager, you would be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the University’s Annual Giving Programme which creates relationships with alumni members in order to obtain funding for the university.

Note: This internship is for RECENT NEWCASTLE UNIVERSITY GRADUATES ONLY, within ONE YEAR of graduating- so *perfect* for those of you looking for experience in administration work, or even those taking a year out before moving on to other plans.

*Some* Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills- goes without saying. You are needed to ensure that everything is running smoothly, everything is communicated correctly and time is managed efficiently.
  • Some experience in managing complex administrative tasks- another given.
